1. Acceptance

By using AI Chart Generator ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

AI Chart Generator creates charts and data visualizations using artificial intelligence from your text descriptions or data inputs. The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific output quality, accuracy, or chart type selection.

3. Credit-based usage

The Service operates on a credit system. Free credits are granted on signup. Additional credits are purchased via Stripe. Credits are consumed per chart generation and are non-refundable once used. Unused purchased credits remain in your account until used.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have rights to use
• Generate content for harassment, defamation, or illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Resell API access or bulk-generate for third-party services without permission

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Charts and visualizations are produced by AI models based on your inputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose of generated charts. Always verify AI-generated outputs before using them in reports or presentations.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your uploaded data. Generated charts are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused credits. Contact support@symplyai.io for refund requests.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
